LED DJ Par Lights Engineered for Commercial Deployment
Consistent color output, aluminum thermal management, and DMX control built for rental fleets and installed systems.
We manufacture LED DJ par lights in-house from LED mounting through final aging test. Your order ships from the same building where we cut the housings and program the firmware — no trading company markup, no quality handoff gaps.
What This Product Is and Where It Sits in Your Lineup
LED DJ par lights are compact wash fixtures — flat or short-can housings with arrays of multi-color LED chips behind a wide-angle lens. They produce broad, even color washes for stage uplighting, wall wash, truss-mounted backdrop color, and ambient fills. The "par" form factor is the workaround for the old PAR56/64 can — same mounting profile, fraction of the power draw, and full color mixing without gel swaps.
What separates our LED DJ par lights from the rest of the category: we build them as rental-grade fixtures in a DJ-market price band. The housing is die-cast aluminum with machined heatsink fins (not stamped steel with a painted finish), the LED driver runs flicker-free PWM at 20kHz+ for camera-friendly operation, and every unit passes a 48-hour burn-in before it leaves.
You get a fixture that survives 200+ deployments without LED degradation or driver failure — which is what protects your margin when you're selling into rental houses or mobile DJs who'll blame the distributor for early failures.

PowerCon Daisy-Chain
The PowerCon in/out daisy-chain means your buyers can link up to 8 units on a single power run at the 18×12W wattage, so installers need fewer home runs back to the distro panel. Reduces cable cost and rigging time on every deployment.
Market-Ready Connectors
We include both 3-pin and 5-pin XLR as standard because the North American rental market still runs 3-pin while European installations prefer 5-pin — you choose which connector ships based on your destination market, or we include both.
Color Consistency Across Production Runs How We Protect Your Brand
This is where most buyers get burned with par lights and don't realize it until units are deployed side by side. LED color consistency depends on LED chip binning — buy a batch of par lights from a factory that doesn't control their bins, and you'll see visible color shift when six units are mounted on the same truss. Your customer notices. Your reputation takes the hit.
We bin-sort incoming LED chips to a 3-step MacAdam ellipse before they enter the SMT line. That means any two fixtures from the same production run — or different production runs months apart — produce visually identical white and color temperatures under normal viewing conditions. Our SMT placement runs at ±0.05mm accuracy, which keeps the optical alignment consistent from unit to unit so beam patterns overlay cleanly when fixtures are arrayed.
For your business, this translates directly: you can fulfill reorders six months later and the new units match the installed ones. Rental companies can swap units between kits without visible mismatch on stage. Distributors can sell from inventory without batch-matching. We keep bin records tied to production orders, so if you ever need to match a specific batch from a previous order, we can pull the same bin specification.
3-Step MacAdam
Bin-sorted LED chips produce visually identical color — imperceptible variation to the human eye under normal viewing.
±0.05mm SMT
Placement accuracy keeps optical alignment consistent unit to unit, so beam patterns overlay cleanly in arrays.
Junction <85°C
Machined aluminum heatsinks keep junction temps below 85°C at sustained full output — no thermal color drift.
Bin Records Stored
We tie bin records to production orders. Need to match a batch from 6 months ago? We pull the same bin specification.
Why Thermal Management Matters for Color
Color temperature shifts when LEDs overheat — a fixture that runs 20°C above junction spec will drift warm over a 4-hour show. Our machined aluminum heatsinks keep junction temperatures below 85°C at sustained full output, so color stays where it's supposed to for the fixture's entire rated life. No drift during long events. No mismatch between fixtures running at different positions on the rig.
Profitable Market Segments for LED DJ Par Lights
Mobile DJ & Entertainment Rental
Mobile DJs and rental houses cycle through gear hard — 3-4 deployments per week, thrown in road cases, rigged and struck in 20 minutes. They buy in sets of 8-16 units and replace on a 2-3 year cycle. This is your repeat-order segment. The compact housing and light weight (under 4.5kg) means DJs can carry more fixtures per trip without exceeding vehicle weight limits, and the PowerCon daisy-chain eliminates power cable clutter during fast setups.
Order Patterns
- Distributors typically stock sets of 8 units as a base kit
- Rental companies order 20-50 units per refresh cycle
- High reorder frequency — working fixtures expand fleet capacity for peak season
Hospitality & Venue Installation
Hotels, bars, clubs, event halls — permanent or semi-permanent LED DJ par light installations for ambient uplighting, architectural washes, and dance floor color. These buyers specify based on aesthetics (slim housing profile, silent fan mode for quiet rooms) and longevity (50,000-hour LED life means 10+ years in a 12-hour-per-day venue). Order volumes are 20-80 units per project, and you're typically bidding against competitors on total installed cost.
Silent Fan Mode Advantage
Temperature-activated fan stays off below 40°C ambient — makes these fixtures usable in quiet-room applications where competing units with always-on fans get rejected at the spec stage.
House of Worship & Community Venues
Churches, community theaters, and school auditoriums run limited lighting budgets but need flexible color for services and performances. They buy once and operate for 5-10 years. This segment values simplicity (sound-active mode, no DMX board required for basic use) plus low maintenance (LED source, no lamp changes). Typical orders: 12-24 units per venue. The 25° lens option covers typical 8-12 meter throw distances in these rooms.
~20% of par light volume over the last three years — steady orders, spec-driven purchasing, and strong word-of-mouth referral within denomination networks.
Event Production & Staging Companies
Large-scale event companies deploy par lights as workhorses for ground row, truss wash, and scenic color. They order 50-200+ units at a time, prioritize fixture-to-fixture consistency, and demand DMX reliability under dense addressing schemes.
10-channel DMX mode — individual control over each color element
4-channel DMX mode — streamlined when channel count is limited

Manufacturing Process: What Happens to Your Order
We run LED DJ par light production across two of our six lines — one handles SMT and PCB assembly, the other handles housing, final integration, and test. Here's the sequence your order follows.
LED Array Assembly
Incoming LED chips are bin-sorted for forward voltage and chromaticity (3-step MacAdam), then mounted on aluminum-core PCBs via automated SMT. The aluminum substrate acts as the primary thermal path from junction to heatsink — we don't use standard FR4 boards for the LED array because the thermal resistance is too high for sustained full-output operation.
After reflow soldering, every PCB runs through automated optical inspection for solder joint quality.
Housing Production
Die-cast aluminum housings come from our casting line, then get CNC-machined for heatsink fin geometry and mounting interfaces. The heatsink fin pattern is specific to each wattage configuration — a 150W fixture needs more surface area than an 80W fixture, obviously, but the fin spacing also matters for convection efficiency in the orientation most users mount these (tilted 30–60° on a truss clamp).
After machining, housings go through chromate conversion coating and then automated powder coating at 60–80μm thickness.
Integration & Programming
PCBs mount into housings, lens assemblies get aligned, fans get installed and wired, and the control board gets its firmware flashed. DMX addressing is verified across all channel modes. We test each unit through every DMX mode and function before it moves to aging.
48-Hour Aging & Final Test
CriticalEvery unit — not a sample, every single fixture — runs at full output for 48 continuous hours in our aging racks. This catches infant mortality: capacitor failures, thermal throttling, LED degradation, fan bearing issues.
After aging, final QC confirms color output, dimming linearity, DMX response, and cosmetic condition. Then it ships.
Why the 48-hour aging test matters to your bottom line
The aging test is where we catch maybe 1–2% of production that would otherwise fail in the field within the first 100 hours. Those are the units that create warranty returns and damage your brand. We'd rather absorb the scrap cost here than have your customer call you about a dead fixture.

Why Packaging Design Matters More Than You Think
Packaging damage is where hidden margin loss lives in this product category. A single broken lens or scratched housing in a box of 8 doesn't just cost the replacement — it costs the return shipping, the customer service time, and the trust.
Our foam insert design has been through enough iterations that damage rates sit below 0.3% on ocean freight shipments.
